mblinka Thank you Autumn for this morning's eye opener!!! I'll be honest...I thought I was kind of sort of going to breeze through this workout since I had been used to the Extreme program however...that was not the case!!! This workout really challenged myself but-I did the best I could, used the highest weights I felt I could handle and when I needed to...dropped down! #AlwaysDoYourBest!!! 23h

mblinka Sometimes simply taking that first step to get UP and get MOVING is the hardest thing. Once up I'm-I'm good but it takes that repetitive convincing that "I'm awake" over and over in my head to just do it already! .
My snooze turned into accidentally turning my alarm off...but now I'm here. I've showed up and ready to kick these sore muscles to the curb!

mblinka Day 1 is off to a great start!!! Total Body cardio was just as heart pumping and challenging as I remember....holy shoulder work and I wrapped up just in time to get my Shakeology blended and hear my little guy call out for some snuggles!!!! I was hoping this 6:30 am wake up time was a beach only thing but perhaps it's here to stay! Now my easy part is over...just gotta stick to my meal plan!!! Never miss a Monday friends!!! 2d

mblinka While our 25 minute sunrise date with Shaun T took a bit longer than "just 25 minutes" as planned it was all well worth it! I didn't catch it but this kid has some killer squats....catcher ️ in the future perhaps?! .
Remember to always try to be flexible...when plan A fails move on...there are 25 more letters in the alphabet! .

I completed this program last summer and totally forgot how intense it can be...and it's just 25 minutes!!!! Think you don't "have time" to get amazing results?! Trust me-this program works!!!
