leannepearson I’ve had tons of questions about my legs for #LPTipTuesday! I exfoliate with coffee grinds, don't waste your money on expensive body scrubs! Use your old coffee grinds and gently scrub in the shower. Gently is key, because you can easily scratch and cut yourself up. Do not use this on your face as it is too harsh. After you dry off, put on some lotion and your skin will be as soft as a baby’s butt!!!!! Try it out! 2d

  •   curves_4days_ Tricia? How she look? @blissfullyinsane79 this week and last I've been hitting cardio more than anything. I started gaining weight again. I always do 1 mile on the stairmaster and drop down and do the treadmill for another mile before I lift. But I have it at incline 15 and walk backwards majority of the time. Girl I love it. Gets my heart rate up and I've trained my body to endure it. I don't like my incline less than 15.0. Hahahaha try it. 1d

  •   blissfullyinsane79 @curves_4days_ she's tall, white (ithink) esta gordita but she can move and she can stretch!! Haha she's there Tuesdays at 9am Wednesdays at 530 and fridays 9-11!! I've been doing mostly cardio and diet cause I need to loose weight cause once I start doing any kind of lifting I start gaining!! I do squats and lunges at home but nothing too fancy!! I usually do bout 15-20min on stairmaster, 10-15min on elliptical (back n forth) and treadmill I do incline of 5-6 speed at 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 and I try my best not to hold on and keep my arms moving all while I'm wrapped and waist training!! Haha I love doing yoga cause It helps me de-stress and stretch my body/muscles!! U ever done yoga or pilates?! Makes u sweat, it's great!! 1d
