You just have to believe in you and keep going...I know it's hard...probably because you don't see results in few time...but progress takes time... and as I said on this pic...it will wprth it and your body will thank you for. Let's talk about dinner: you have to think your meals like a pyramid...the breakfast is the bigger base...lunch is smaller and dinner it would be the smallest. I'm not able to folow every day this kind of pyramid but I always choose proteins for dinner + veggies. Avoid products with yeast. If you want to eat carbo choose baked potatoes or something like rice cakes... before going to bed try to drink some warm fennel infusion! If you need some other advices, please just ask! I'll be honored to answer and help you 20h

  •   coffeetumbler Don't worry sweetie @andreaviba88 don't eat just two apples...you don't need to punish your body... you need to eat well all day, not only the dinner...the best advice is eat frequently but eat less... so try to introduce a snack between breakfast and lunch and a snack between lunch and dinner...chicken for dinner is perfect...not fried of course...if you can, choose the steamed method...it helps to mantain the nutritive value of the foods... always add some veggies to help digestion... you can choose different proteins...lean meats like chicken, turkey, baked fish, soybeans... 19h
