justkeeptraining Thanks to last nights big meal I had lots of energy for a great leg and glute workout!

La cenota de anoche me dio fuerza y energia para entrenar piernas y gluteos. Aqui les va mi rutina de hoy ;) Leg Workout
& Smoothie Recipe 5min Warm-up️ Step-ups, high knees and lunges (no weight). 6 sets: x15 Squats + 15 Deadlifts
Each set I increased weight until I could only do 5. Drop weight and finish the other 10 and followed by the deadlifts. 4 sets: x8 Heavy Wide Stance Leg Press, x12 DB Lunges & 10 Jump Squats 3 sets: x15 Glute Pushdown (on assisted pull-up)*15 Each Leg.
Each set I increased weight until I could only do 3 then drop weight and finished the other 10. 3 sets: x10 Glute Bridges w/Plate
Make sure you squeeze and hold at top (looks weird but it's a very effective workout) At the end of each set hold on top as long as you can.

Smoothie: Mixed Berrries, lots of spinach, 1 Scoop of Peanut Butter Whey Protein, Chia Seeds, 1/2 Cup of Coconut water and water.

believeinfit_ This is week 3 on the left, going into week 4 on the right I feel so much better- so motivated and full of energy!

Who knew your diet and exercise could make such a difference?

Have I weighed myself? NO. Are there visible changes? YES! My middle section is thinning out and you can see baby baby abs coming back out.

My legs have ALWAYS been my problem area and I'm seeing HUGE changes there. They are leaning out- good bye fat, hello muscle! The definition is coming back as well. (I used to be super toned and defined from Varsity soccer, track and martial arts- it's just covered under a slowly disappearing layer of fat these days).
