wendy_shows I swear I've never gotten so mad so fast at someone as I did today at @agee519. But I will admit he forced me to complete more reps at 205lbs then I normally would have. Thank you sir. First squat was controlled, second ok. Get mad, push through!

I still remember you saw some guys squatting high reps of 10 high weight brought the trash can over in case of puking! You said doing that much could slow down progress. After reading that post I immediately lowered my reps to 4-6 and I could feel myself actually getting STRONG over the following weeks and finally progressing. So its thanks to YOU!! 2mon
