blaque_dragon88 For some people it might not be a big thing ,but for blaque....this is huge.....Over the course of the last year....even tho I havent gained much weight....my fitness has severly diminished...I'm talkin walking up the stairs in my house and hammies be burnin and I'm all outta breath.....For those that know me know that I used to dance for hours straight and be fine....recently I went out and was dead tired in 45 mins or less..... I had been tryin to get back into workin out recently but for some reason I just couldnt get into it.....so one day I said blaque....blaque said huh....I said yo ass need to really do something to get in shape....blaque said I know but what....I said go wit what you know blaque....blaque said ....oh you talkin bout dancin huh....I said....you know it.....long story short I found @keairalashae and been improving every day since....from trying her 3 mile walk and nearly passin out....to using her 3 mile walk as a warm up...then still beastin out her squat combo challenge and dancing ab workout consecutively....I'm mad proud of my self and highly motivated to continue to progress.....so for any female....even some males....if you are strugglin like I was to get right.... I say check out @keairalashae on youtube or daily burn....her workouts are mad fun and get you right

lizfitnessjourney Not the greatest but I did something. Last week was not a good week for me. Poor nutrition and lack of exercise (even though I worked out a couple of days) and being sick and still is. Even though I worked out some of those days, my nutrition was horrible and filled with bad choices and that was defeating the purpose of my journey. But of course, I hold myself accountable for this and this is a journey where mistakes, setbacks, and let downs will occur but I will not let it fail me.   •   lizfitnessjourney Hi there @erasmus18 just cut the cauliflower into tiny pieces not unless you are using a handheld grater. I used a mini blender and threw handfuls in a blender until it grated into rice like consistency. I made mine like fried rice. So you heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick skillet on medium to medium-high. Add the cauliflower and garlic; stir-fry until the cauliflower is nearly tender, but not mushy. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Push the cauliflower to one side of the pan; pour in the beaten egg. Lightly scramble the egg briefly then mix into the cauliflower. Add the green onion and pepper, if using, and toss. 7mon
