lizfitnessjourney What my morning consists of this morning, exercise and breakfast. I haven't been able to workout to my full potential lately because I would always get tired in the middle of a workout but this morning I pushed myself and I think it was all mental. lizfitnessjourney Not the greatest but I did something. Last week was not a good week for me. Poor nutrition and lack of exercise (even though I worked out a couple of days) and being sick and still is. Even though I worked out some of those days, my nutrition was horrible and filled with bad choices and that was defeating the purpose of my journey. But of course, I hold myself accountable for this and this is a journey where mistakes, setbacks, and let downs will occur but I will not let it fail me.   •   lizfitnessjourney Hi there @erasmus18 just cut the cauliflower into tiny pieces not unless you are using a handheld grater. I used a mini blender and threw handfuls in a blender until it grated into rice like consistency. I made mine like fried rice. So you heat the oil in a wok or large non-stick skillet on medium to medium-high. Add the cauliflower and garlic; stir-fry until the cauliflower is nearly tender, but not mushy. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Push the cauliflower to one side of the pan; pour in the beaten egg. Lightly scramble the egg briefly then mix into the cauliflower. Add the green onion and pepper, if using, and toss. 1mon
