healthhappinessheal Wanted to go to the gym today for a good ole Saturday cardio workout, but things are crazy around the house with everyone home and sharing cars, having lots to do, and sometimes things happen. Being go with the flow when trying to form healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle is so important, it doesn't have to be black and white where it's "I go to the gym and get the planned workout done, or I don't work out at all" or "I can't eat out, I didn't plan for it, I eat the healthy food I plan or I completely give up." Life happens, moments happen, enjoy them all and do what you can, believe me it's far better than nothing and the little choices all add up, to the body you want, or the good feelings you want. Soo instead I'm getting in a t25 cardio DVD and then back to the busy day schedule hope you're getting shit done too, whatever that can mean for you today! 4min

coachrsulli What is Body Beast? It's a 90 day program of weight training. The videos are designed so you can train at home but u need to buy weights and have either a stability ball or weight bench but u can also use a gym. I watch the videos and write down the moves so I don't have to buy weights. I'm not a fan of the nutrition guide so I changed it up in the middle of the 90 days. cheyenneellafit I have been in the worst FUNK lately. Decided to give myself a boost and try a cardio workout a la T25 which I've never done before... 'cuz, you know, I hate cardio. But I promised myself I'd comets the whole workout. Didn't realize until 1/2 way through I was doing the Beta version (round 2!!!!) LOL. But I made it through, even though I had to modify pretty much the entire time. Just goes to show that we are capable of so might more than we give ourselves credit for! 22h

love2bfitnurse So I made it to 20 weeks. So excited to be able to meet my little one. I got started on my health journey about a year ago I was motivated to find a better me. I never reached my goals before I got pregnant but that is not stopping me from continuing my healthy lifestyle, I now do it out of habit. Just because I know I'm going to gain weight does not mean I need to throw the towel in I need to stay healthy so I can grow a healthy baby. So I continue to do T25 about 5 days a week and eat healthy. jgy_fitandclean_fitness Good Morning!!! It's Saturday!! Today was the last day of week 2 and it was the Championship! I seriously love this workout because it is all different moves and sports that before you know it, it's over! And at the end is the fit test which I beat my reps from last week this week by 1.5. No not perfect, but I am making progress and that is all the matters! What workout will you be doing today?! 5h

insideoutwithpam I love when I wake up ready to give 110% to my workout. It doesn't always happen and I push through regardless, but today was all about digging deeper, pushing a little harder, and finishing strong.If you don't think you can get your a$$ kicked in 25 minutes then you've never tried T25. #whoneedsagym 1h
