sweetrecover I had only 160kcal for breakfast, so I made up calories with a frozen yogurt I had one natural jogurt with yogurette, cereals and raspberry sauce So delicious and I ate all toppings but only the half yogurt because it was so cold and my mouth hurted How many calories do you think for this?
