alba_safe Vale, admito que no tiene la mejor pinta del mundo , pero yo lo encuentro riquísimo, una de las mejores opciones fitness para merendar es un mug cake protéico. Este es bajísimo en carbohidratos y 100% ingredientes naturales (nada de polvos de proteina), perfecto para los que quieren definir o reducir grasa corporal. Esta receta es para los más perezosos😛, solo necesitarás una taza grande, un tenedor y el microondas. Mug Cake de Calabaza. 1 trozo de calabaza horneada (40g aprox).
1cda de harina de almendra.
2 cdas de leche desnatada sin lactosa o leche de almendra.
2 claras de huevo.
1/2 cdta de canela en polvo.
1 sobre de Stevia granulada.
La calabaza la haces puré (o simplemente la aplastas con el tenedor), la mezclas en una taza grande con la leche, la almendra molida y la llevas al micro 1 minuto. Sacas, remueves bien y añades las claras de huevo, canela y stevia. Mezclas bien y llevas al microondas otros 2 minutos, hasta que veas que se va a desbordar de la taza. Desmolda en un platillo.

Yo le añadí trocitos de chocolate negro sin azúcar, mantequilla de maní y media nuez .

chellylayne Who says you can't eat healthy AND eat sweets?! These cranberry pumpkin nut bars are sugarless (all besides my few choco chips on top) AND grainless! The only ingredients are pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, nut butter, honey, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and baking soda for the base bar. I added a pecan/cranberry mix to the batter and sprinkled a few chocolate chips over the top. They came out SO AWESOME!
