bluediamondaus Amazing almond and herb crackers from our friend @lagallette Pick up some #wasabiandsoy Blue Diamond almonds and have go at these! Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup Blue Diamond Wasabi and Soy sauce almonds
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp rosemary, chopped
1/4 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp water
1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large food processor, combine the almond meal, wasabi and soy sauce almonds, ground flax seeds, garlic powder, salt, rosemary and baking soda. Process to a fine flour.
3. Add in the water and olive oil and blitz until the dough comes together.
4. Roll between two sheets of parchment paper until about 4mm thick.
5. Slice into shapes of your choice.
6. Place the cracker onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 min or until lightly golden.
7. Cool completely before serving.

paleohlala Healthy zucchini and banana pancakes - paleo and lchf!
Recipe: 4 eggs, 1 banana, 1 dl coconut milk, 1/2 zucchini (a small one), 2 tsp psyllium husks, 3 tbs almond flour, a pinch of salt, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, stevia (optional). Mix all the ingredients except for the zucchini and blend them together. Shred the zucchini and mix with the rest of the batter. Fry with coconut oil or ghee on medium heat. Use a little less than 1 dl of batter for each pancake.
