alexaandherpeanutbutter Hi everyone! I made it to Toronto! This was my dinner on the plane! Mac and cheese with a bun! I have absolutely no idea of the nutritional value of this but who cares! All I know is that it tasted great! Anyways now we have a layover of about an hour then we get on another plane to Calgary! 22min

kat_ryan_getsfit So I just finished my run for today, and let me tell you, it was so hard!! I even sweated so much my shirt turned see-thru lol. I don't know why, but I wanted to quit after 3 miles. The voice in my head was practically screaming at me to stop. I almost did, but thankfully the other voice telling me to keep going and finish was louder lol. I did end up finishing my workout and ran 8.5 miles, but it definitely was not easy. At the time, I thought I was going to give up, but now I'm so happy I kept going. Yes it was hard, but knowing I pushed thru and finished makes that workout even better. So if this ever happens to any of you, just remember You Can Do It!
