mamarizzothough #strengthandconditioning is way more fun than #traditionalcardio. Today was hot as hell in #Waipahu / #Waikele. Our rounds went as follows:
Bottom left there are 3 tires, there with the largest in front. #Tireflip down ramp, stack, then bring them all back up.
Seal crawls with sliders back down the ramp.
10 rounds up and down stairs either box jumping up or #running or whatever.
15 #boxjumps.
#Ropeclimb (thanks coach Jordan for showing us this). Since its not very long, you keep your feet planted and use your arms to go up and down. The rope letting your body fall back as you go down while keeping your body rigid.
Seal crawls back up.
4 rounds. Almost died.
