nardsoakes 2 years ago I stated work down South! Moved here & didn't know anyone lol I haven't always taking the easiest path in life as my mum often says to be but where is the fun in easy I've worked hard to get where I am at & made many sacrafices the hardest being away from my family. fusiontrained A value we instill in all of our clients and athletes is deliberate practice. Mindlessly going through rep by rep does minimal for the athletes and coach's time and effort put in.

This is what separates the good from the great. Yeah it's tough, it takes a higher level of discipline, commitment, and mental toughness but if it didn't then everyone would be great.

Here are the Four Essential Components of Deliberate Practice

1) You must be motivated to attend to the task and exert effort to improve your performance.
2) The design of the task should take into account your pre-existing knowledge so that the task can be correctly understood after a brief period of instruction.
3) You should receive immediate informative feedback and knowledge of results of your performance.
4) You should repeatedly perform the same or similar tasks.
