Results have to the earned. And you have to give yourself a stimulus to adapt to in order to achieve the results you want. If the intensity isn't there - adaption does not need to take place. Adaption comes from stress, pain and an ever changing stimulus. What stimulus you choose is
Very dependent on your goals but it has to be measurable. Too many people quit because they didn't see a years worth of rewards within a weeks worth of efforts. Don't be concerned with what you are getting for your endeavours in the immediate term. Refrain from fixating your mind on the immediate results and see the bigger longer picture. Be concerned about the person you are becoming. Ultimately, that's what is important. Your goals should always be always a step in front of you so they're just out of reach but never out of sight. Consistency breeds results. And we are creatures of habit. Bad habits are hard to break and good habits are easy to keep. Something you do today will more likely stick with you tomorrow. Keep spreading positivity and working on the person you want to become, and it shall come back to you. The saying goes, "you throw enough sh*t against the wall, some will stick". @mikecasefitness 🏼
