ces108_cft Boom. The 4Week Trainer I'm currently doing. 1RM implies the maximum weight I can push for 1 Repetition. From there I work with a percentage of my 1RM through accessory and auxiliary exercises to increase my 1RM. The actual in-day exercises vary except the big lifts on power days.

lalefit PRE WORKOUT SNACK La verdad: Uno SIEMPRE debería comerse algo ANTES de ejercitarse para que el cuerpo tenga suficiente gasolina y hagas tu entrenamiento bien hecho y con energía. Nada de "Licenciada pero si como algo antes como voy a adelgazar? Si no comes algo antes, vas a perder masa muscular, ya que tu cuerpo la usará para obtener energía. Otra cosa, tu cuerpo necesita energía para trabajar eficientemente, cómo vas a usar tu celular por ejemplo, si ni siquiera lo cargas y lo dejas sin pila? El cuerpo funciona igual!
Yo recomiendo que hagamos esta meriendita 45min antes del training y que combines carbo con proteína o sólo carbo. Ejemplos: fruta sola, por ejemplo: cambur o manzana, yogurt descremado, combinación de yogurt con frutas, frutas o pan tostado con mantequillas de frutos secos, pan tostado con mermelada, avena licuada en agua, etc...
