ramon_elchingon91 I see unused dumbbell weights lying around throughout the gym but an empty rack. Please folks re-rack once you're done. If you had the energy and strength to use the weight you also have the same energy and strength to re rack.

bruce_ryder Clench that butt first time trying out a weight lifting belt , I did 3 sets with it on and another 3 sets without it . I must say I felt alot more stronger with it on , it assist your lifts alot . I dont want to be reliant on it but will use when I feel needed too . delmers #shortrun and a #muscleconditioning class today. I was originally gonna take the day off from running, since my shin pain flared up again. I went and bought a calf sleeve hoping that it would help with the discomfort. I was anxious to try it out, so I foolishly went running when it was already too hot! Plus, I don't think the sleeve helped much. 😕 Boo!! I was happy to get my #strenghttraining done though. #fitmom #nikewatch #nikeplus #motherrunner #girlsthatlift #strenghttrain 1d
  •   delmers @courtknee12: I took a week off a while back and the pain went completely away. After a few runs, it steadily came back. It is tight and it was the smallest one they had. I will say that I experienced pain in my ankle while wearing it?? I'm all messed up! Lol 1d

But who am I to give scolding to when I still run and don't believe in rest but rest a few more days! Take it slow and don't go as long. You're an amazing warrior so I know you'll be back! 1d
