fiercelyf1t I decided to rename Tranformation Tuesday today, this woman that you see right here has officially accomplish one of the biggest milestones of her life, she is my BFF/little sister, you have no idea what this before and after means not only to her but to me, we know each other for the most part of our lives, and she has NEVER been in this shape, this girl has struggled ALL her life with her weight and self-steem, and back in February of this year she decided to finally STOP punishing herself for not feeling good about herself and not only did she prove herself that she CAN! She also has shut many people's mouth and proof those who said that she was going to fail, that she DID! This is the first time in her life that she is finally comfortable about wearing a 2 piece bathing suit and I challenged her to take this picture in her 2 piece last night and post it in her wall and she did! This is not only about weightloss this is so much more, the fact that she is finally happy with herself and has gain a great amount of confidence has also made her pursue things that she never thought she could be capable of doing today, and that also makes me beyond happy! celinamtoledo FORÇA!!! Depois de 7 loooongas semanas de reabilitação da lesão no ombro, há 2 semanas voltei aos meus tão imprescindíveis treinos de força! Sinto minhas energias voltando!!! Ontem foi o último dia do período de Força Lenta e fiz um treino muito desafiador, tanto pela kilagem total quanto pelo cardio respiratório. Dividi o treino em 2 blocos, 3 exercícios por bloco, 3 sets para cada exercício [1série de cada exercicio, depois volta para o primeiro (3x)]. Para cada série executada, considerei uma recuperação de 60seg, o suficiente para cair de 40bpm (15") em media, para 30bpm (15") em média. Cada bloco teve a duraçao de aproximadamente 5minutos, especificidade cardio respiratória para o teste de 100 snatchs. No proximo post, colocarei os videos de cada bloco! FORCE !!! After 7 weeks of my injured shoulder rehabilitation , two weeks ago I returned to my strength training, so essential in my life! I feel my energy coming back !!! Yesterday I made a very challenging workout, both for total kilagem as the cardio respiratory. I divided the workout into 2 blocks, 3 exercises per block, 3 sets for each exercise [1série of each exercise, then back to the first (3x)]. Performed for each series, considered a recovery of 60sec, enough to fall 40bpm (15 ") on average to 30bpm (15") on average. Each block had a duration of about 5minutes, cardio respiratory specificity for 100 snatchs test.
