odalyshealthandfitness We all have days when we just don't feel like working out. For me it's when I have so many other things to do, I start telling myself " oh I can't today, I have this and that to do" and that is when I have to push myself even more. Why? Because I know I WILL feel so much better for doing it than NOT. doing it. I'm doing Insanity Max 30 and Tuesday is my least favorite day (sorry Shaun T) because of those darn push-ups! 🏻. One way or another I'm getting guns, like it or not! So when you start talking yourself OUT of a workout, remember to stop and think why you got IN! #muchlove 13h
