alyshas_fitness Combat HIIT is no joke, I used to be able to keep up a decent amount, but being 20 weeks preggo, and not doing quite as intense workouts everyday my strength has gone down a bit.... Which sucks, but I'm still working out and I'm pretty proud that I haven't let pregnancy be an excuse for me for slack off... Don't get me wrong I indulge more then normal, while still keeping my diet 95% clean,but my priority is working out 5 days a week since that seems to be my main struggle. healthiersweetcakes Now I don't like sharing pictures of myself because I'm pretty self conscious of my body and the way I carry myself but I've been feeling like I haven't made any progress. My clothes don't seem to be any bigger on me. I honestly felt like why bother because nothing is happening. My scale was stuck on the same number for weeks but FINALLY the number went down. Now...I know and tell myself daily that the number on the scale doesn't matter! If I'm putting in the work and effort then that's what counts but when you do see that # go down it sure is a great feeling!! 🏼Yesterday while I was at the gym working in the kids center I decide to take a quick picture of myself. Picture on the left was from the beginning of March and the picture on the right was from yesterday. Now obviously I am in fact making progress....or my clothes in the pictures and the mirror are playing tricks on me I feel a little better now actually seeing how far I have come! I know the number on the scale shouldn't matter and I'm trying to get my brain to focus on not caring what the number is and focus on more how I feel so much better when I exercise and eat right. Fat and muscle come and go!! So on days you weigh in and don't lose, you'll see how your body is transforming!!! And it will be even more motivating! 23h
