  •   nancyslewaa @seviiilats I'm all about trial and error. Every week I try something new so that I don't plateau and so I can see if it makes a better or worse impact on my body. Eating 1150cals a day- I don't feel lethargic, moody or unhappy. I'm going to try it again and see if it helps me drop back down since increasing has done nothing but externally bloat me and make me gain half an inch in only 5 days! 21h

msdaliah 21 Day Fix Day 5 Cardio Fix

Like really???? I'm glad it was only 30 minutes. I made it through. I know I'll be stronger the next time I do it. I did every move drenched in sweat and all.
Post workout shake

Almond milk-yellow
Rice Protein-red
1/large banana-purple
Also added maple syrup, vanilla extract ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Oh and I am down another pound. I won't weigh myself again until next week. but so far 1 pound per day. 21 day fix is magic. Eating right and working out. No pills, potions, wraps, or gimmicks can beat these results.
