fit_with_brit Measured myself after 4 weeks of doing 21 day fix extreme and I was way surprised to see a 5" loss!!!! I used heavier weights and obviously my nutrition has been really dialed in for my competition.

But my weight has stayed the same. I was actually expecting to gain weight and inches. But I am happy at the progress I've made so far!
It's only up from here and I'm looking forward to what's in store.

jonathanhollidayfit When I first started out on the slackine I couldn't stay balanced for more than a few seconds before I fell.

But I had to overcome the obstacle!
My body was shaking like a leaf as I struggled just to stand up, and falling off again and again was a guaranteed.

But each step I took, every time I got back on, I was able to become a little better, a little more stable, a little more comfortable.

Soon one step turned into two, two turned into 3, 3 turned into 4,and then 4 turned into traversing the whole rope!

If I gave up when my body would shake and wobble, when I could not stay on for more than a few seconds, I would have never tasted the satisfaction of making it all the way across!
