_kanoyweezy I guess you would count this as a PR. Not only is it 225lbs but I also did it for 3 reps on a stupid bench cause I couldnt find the box Was scared to go heavy at first cause for starters, I dont know where to begin to bail out of a box squat Now that I'm getting more used to having this weight on my back I can see 2 plate deep squat in the works soon. Front squat game is stronger too, feel my back getting stronger with each rep. Also did double pause squats and high volume low weight deep squats. Pretty sure everyone at my gym hates me cause I stay at the rack for over an hour. Slow down the decent a bit and try not to lose tightness plopping on the bench or box...track your knees out hard...look up on your decent as well...once on the bench on the box, slight sit back, then. explode through your heels activating your hams and glutes finishing and squeezing at the top...box squats really increase that ham and glute strength! jfinn09 I've been dealing with a knee injury for a few weeks now, and haven't been able to do leg day to my full potential. This week I got back on the squat rack and threw up 95 lbs. It's not where I want to be, but it felt good to get back to my normal routine!

Overhead squats got hard and heavy but that just meant that I had to move a little slower and more controlled. Having patients with your lifts is VERY important.
