oatmealandpb This 20° weather ain't gonna stop me from making tropical smoothies today we got a strawberry mango flax smoothie (ft snow)
so in here we got:
1 container (~2/3 cup) 2% plain Greek yogurt
frozen strawberries & mango
almond-coconut milk (enough to reach desired consistency)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbs ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
And blend it all up! Ill never stop falling in love with these smoothies again and again cause the frozen fruit and Greek yogurt thicken it up so nicely that you just HAVE to eat it with a spoonplus they fuel you up for the long day ahead!

I currently have breakfasts/lunches and dinners in the works with it @reddysetfit like why do people have mud wraps? Pomegranate juice, fresh papaya chunks, frozen sliced peaches, fresh pear, pineapple slices + juice, red cabbage (looks purple), Tazo passion tea...then a banana, some fresh ginger, coconut oil, Chia seeds, fiber & ice cubes. Mmm! #smoothieporn

Crush the papaya seeds & use them for a marinade; keep refrigerated or freeze until ready to use. Do not use the papaya skin as it does not digest all that well. Enjoy!

fit_college_runner17 selfie with bae . bae consists of 1/2 cup almond milk🍼, 1 frozen nanner , chocolate whey , l-glutamine powder , and a broken up @vitamuffin deep chocolate vitatop . perfect for making up cals because i didnt really eat dinner and im planning to try and do my "long run" tommorrow even though im sick. its only 7 miles which used to be an easy run but since my injury i havent run over 6 miles 😬 15h
