#smoothie1:
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of strawberries
1cup of raspberries
1cup of cranberry juice
1 cup of coconut milk
And blend it up and drink it
#smoothie2:
8 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup of shredded unsweetened
Coconut
Now blend it and drink it

#smoothie3:

100 grams of mixed berries
150 grams of plain or vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon of flax seeds

Ok so this smoothie is very very
Low calorie and if your on a
Diet then u can drink it
Or if u want to loose some
Weight it will help u loose weight
And it is extremely healthy for u

INGREDIENTI (1 porzione)
6 fette di melone
Una spolverata di zenzero
8 cubetti di ghiaccio (o in alternativa allungate con l’acqua)
PREPARAZIONE:
Tagliate il melone a cubetti e mettete nel mixer aggiungendo una spolverata di zenzero e i cubetti di ghiaccio.
Frullate per qualche minuto ad alta velocità.
