trevor_swann Almost forgot to post today's leg routine. I started with barbell squats; 245lbs for 15, 315lbs for 12, 385lbs for 8, 405lbs for 6 and 8. I then did single leg squats with the smith machine; 90lbs for two sets of 12, 160lbs for 10, 10 and 10. I then did half an hour on the treadmill on full incline. liza_fit_mami Smith Machine static lunges are a great way to maintain your balance. It also allows you to easily add weight if desired. I only used the bar here with no added weight since I am not looking to grow my legs right now, but to trim them up a bit. The bar adds a little weight on its own. When doing these make sure the front leg is out far enough so that when you lunge down the front knee does not go forward, but ends up as close to a 90 degree angle as possible #iworkout #lunges #smithmachine #gym #makeithappen #boom 13h
