fitandlean2015 Talk about a #tbt . This was taken about 3 years ago while I was studying abroad (this was in Florence, Italy). I always had (and always will have) a love for food. I realize I may like food more than the average person (I am constantly thinking about what I am going to be eating next but that is not an excuse. I learned how to control what I eat and it is something I still continue to work on every day. I have come a long way since this time- I still love food, but the way I go about eating is completely different. I know balance is key and my health comes first. jillianshealthfuleats Chicken Parmesan the skinny way! Roasted Asparagus! -Preheat oven to 450 and spray a pan w/ cooking spray. Season chicken w/ sea salt and ground pepper. Melt 2 tbls. of unsalted butter and 1 tbls. olive oil. Brush each piece of chix both sides. Next dredge chix in a bowl mixed w/ 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs and 3 tbls. of Parmesan cheese. Put chix on prepared baking dish and spray each lightly w/ Pam. Bake for 20 min. Meanwhile heat low sodium Mariana in a pan on oven and once chix is done place it in pan and sprinkle some reduced fat mozz onto each piece and cook until cheese melts. fitandlean2015 So I forgot to take a picture of my breakfast this morning but it was a Protein smoothie *41g of protein (chocolate whey protein, almond milk, pb, oats, chia seeds, and banana) and you're just gonna have to take my word for it Lunch is a @flatoutbread everything fold-it with 1c of eggbeaters, 1/4c of shredded cheese, 1/4 avocado, 2 Applegate chicken and maple sausage patties, and tomatoes. I am so full right now But I am trying to be better about eating my protein especially around the days I am lifting. Mezclar en la procesadora:
2 tazas de dátiles cortados y picados (OJO con los carozos!) 2 tazas de castañas de caju sin sal + 1/2 taza de almendras sin piel + 1/2 taza de cacao. Cuando este bien integrado agregar un cachi de sal marina + 1/2 taza de coco en escamas tostado + 2 cdas de agua. Poner la mezcla en un molde enfilmado y presionar bien, dejar enfriar x 1 hora, desmoldar, cortar, servir y ser MUY FELIZ! -
Mix very well in a food processor:
2 cups Medjool dates, pitted and chopped + 2 cups raw cashew nuts + ½ cup raw almond (without skin) +1/2 cup cocoa powder.Then add a pinch of sea salt + ½ cup shredded coconuts + 2 to 3 tbsp cold water. Pulse until it reaches a dry but moist dough consistency. Scrape the dough mixture into the lined pan, press evenly with a rubber spatula, and chill for about an hour before serving. ENJOY!
