mamarome Made dessert tonight to bring along with dinner to my in-law's; chocolate mocha raspberry cupcakes made with @vitamuffin mix - substituted eggbeaters for the eggs, 1/4 cup of brewed coffee for the equivalent water, added 1/4 cup fat free sour cream, and 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry preserves in the center before baking. Topped with Skinny Truwhip. idealproteinrecipes ~Buffalo Cauliflower Bites~

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rinse cauliflower and cut into bite sized pieces. Dry cauliflower and mix with 2 tbs olive oil in large bowl. Grind one packet of IP garlic and herb crisps until in powder form. Add water to ground crisps and mix until smooth. Add mixture to bowl with cauliflower and coat. Place cauliflower on non stick baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. After crisp, take out and drizzle with buffalo sauce (my favorite is Franks). Place back into oven for an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve hot and with Walden Farms ranch dressing.

fitandlean2015 What I need to keep in mind this morning. Last night I was supposed to be having pizza- a slice or two max. I planned my week for this pizza so I knew I'd have no regrets. Long story short- My good day turned into a bad one and my plans fell through. Every time I am feeling really down or stressed I turn to food... As many can relate. I thought I was past this bad habit but apparently not I ended up getting a small pizza from Dominoes alone and ate the entire thing. Mentally and physically felt sick afterwards Let me tell you that pizza was not worth it, and this morning I am up craving healthy food again. I can't let my feelings sabotage my hard work BUT at the same time I gotta remember this: That one pizza isn't going to make me gain 20 lbs. I just need a fresh start, and that's exactly what I am doing today. On a side note: Why can't I be one of those people who aren't hungry when they are upset??
