_jay_swizzy23 Transformation Tues Over the years. Bottom Right was the smallest I was at 16 (165lbs) , bottom left was the heaviest bulk in 2013 (225lbs), top right was bulk of 2014 (230lbs* at lower bf ), and middle and top left are a week ago during this cut. Controlling Weight by being a fat introvert kid growing up with bad body dismorphia was always hard, but bodybuilding definitely helped. stevenmosher_fit Not too shabby fasted leg workout. Was pretty quick (compared to most of my leg days) but made the most of it and had a solid pump 🏽🏽🏽
Dropping weight fast, and seeing all the cutz come in is always a plus. Shown is a couple highlights from today leg workout. 5 min walk on treadmill, followed by warming up/ stretching 4x8 light (45s/60lbs) straight leg deads (get some blood in those Hammies and stretch them out a bit) 1x20/ 1x15/ 2x10/ 4x6 moderate heavy squats (Pyramid up, with little rest in btw) 4x12 Barbell stiff leg Deadlifts pyramid set of Bulgarian split squats (bw/25lbs/45lbs/65lbs x10 reps with a 10sec ISO-hold with every set per leg... Then start with 65s and work your way down) 4x12 lying leg curls 3x20/15/10 1-leg extensions 4x10 leg extensions HEAVY 3x10 1-leg press -S/S 4x20 smith machine calf raises 4x20/15/12/10 goblet squats
