chungerb After seeing this everywhere, I finally got to try it and I am really impressed. If this was in the city, right next to Hot Star - my late night food exploits would be perfect You have this creamy, slightly cheesy, slightly custardy innard that is sprinkled with some magical mixture of semolina and cornflakes (well what I could taste at least) that is briefly baked to build a super crisp crust akin to the toffee layer on creme brûlée. This is topped off with pistachios and a drizzle of sugar syrup. This was a perfect late night dessert - not too sweet at all, all hot and fresh from the oven and served by some hilarious guys. rinkitakutoka VEGAN CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE"VIOLA MEADOW" Ingredients4thecake: • 1full cup semolina • 4tsp baking powder • 1/3cup cane sugar • 1full cup water • 6tbsp extra-virgin grape-seed oil or any other vegetable oil • 1dark sweet stevia chocolate(90-100g.) • 1 fistful or raisins |For the graze|: • 1 cup powdered cane sugar • 3 tbsp lemon juice INSTRUCTIONS: 1) thoroughly mix dry ingredients first: sieve flour into a bowl with baking powder and sugar; 2) add oil with water; 3) continue mixing until no lumps; 4) pour80g. melted chocolate into the cake mixture and stir them until the whole thing turns to chocolate colour; 5) wash the raisins and add them to the mixture,stir it; 6) pour into a cake pan; 7) tear chocolate into shatters and add to the batter; 8) preheat oven to 180C and bake for25-30minutes; 9) glaze while hot; 10) spread with powdered sugar mixed with lemon juice; 11) garnish with a fresh homemade coconut flakes and crystallized violet flowers; 12) let the cake cool for 1 hour. 19h
