My way of doing things incase ur interested:

All my meals throughout the day have 2 goals in mind. 1. Protein protein protein 2. Give me energy/feed my gut aka my brain and keep me AWAKE. My diet is specific to me (after many medical tests) so although I'm not 100% on my protocol yet I'm working towards it and I DONT recommend that you follow all that I do bc you may get sick. I keep sugar at an all time low except in the mornings. I don't eat fruit or any raw foods at all. No more juices. Womp womp. All my meals consist of LEAN meats and LEAN veggies ONLY. Oh, and PEANUTS at night. I love nuts lol (that's what she said). I get protein in within a hour of lifting always. Alcohol consumption is at an all time low (except Sunday which I'm still bloated from, JOY!). I get a cheat meal in every OTHER week (except Sunday when I cheated all day) but soon there will be no cheating for 4-5 months. Docs recommendations. If I do drink it's one drink every other week if that, and if I do 2 drinks in a night then when I get home I have an ab routine I make myself do.. 200 crunches, 30-40 push-ups (no knees down, we don't do those round here). I don't eat gluten, no starches for now, and I give myself one carb meal a day and that's oatmeal at breakfast (weaning myself off all carbs bc pretty soon I won't be allowed any for months and months). No packaged or processed foods. No additives. All veggies and meat. Very clean. No fake shit. NO STEVIA! NO SUCRALOSE! NO PROTEIN POWDER! NO PREWORKOUTS! I don't do fake manmade shit. I'm not manmade so what goes in me can't be either. I don't measure or weigh my food (fuck that), I don't trip off portions, I will eat that whole game hen and then some. I consume LOTS of fats (fish oil, olive oil, BUTTER). And I fast between meals. Diet is the BIGGEST key to a fit look. I just want muscles. That's the ONLY reason why I workout. kickncrohns Well, the stomach flu managed to plague the entire house. I'm finally out of bed and was able to get in the kitchen. Made a batch of #scd #paleo pancakes. Doubled the recipe so we have some for tomorrow morning. 13h
