Put the right heel to the groin, foot flat against left thigh. Put the left leg in to an open ended triangle at about 45° (as if to cut a square diagonally from one corner to another, using the left hip, knee and ankle). Put the right elbow in place as if to complete an equilateral triangle between the right hip and knee. Place the right finger faced upwards, touching the soft part on the outer right knee

Stretch the left hand with fingers straight as if reaching for something on top of your head. Do so while directing your face to the centre of the equilateral triangle, stretching upper back, through your neck to the base of the skull.
Push yourself by your right shoulder, roll your right shoulder up and left shoulder down a little, until your hip torsion becomes tight.

Roll/stretch a few times and then repeat the opposite side.
