getfitwithcheryl Sunday Sweaty Selfie. The weather was not cooperating with my plans so I took it to the treadmill. A motivating message from a friend got me pumped up and I pounded out 6.1 miles on the treadmill. I'm pretty sure I was getting some looks as I was fist pumping to Pit bull. I can't help it. I'm already planning for the after-effects of Turkey Day. Which brings me to this : I'm looking for 10 women looking to lose a few pounds or inches after our big meal.

Ok, so lets be honest….we all stare. People watching is entertaining. Don’t we all look and in at least our minds measure ourselves against others?
I certainly don’t mean we stare to JUDGE others. We all have our own stories, our own journeys, our own paths and timelines to get to where we want to be.
But seriously….if people are going to stare, why not make it worth their while :-) Better yet, make it worth your while. Don’t do it for stares, do it for yourself. So each time you look in the mirror you love what you see, proud of the hard work it takes to get to where you want to be and stay there!
Have the confidence in yourself, for yourself to feel good from the inside out!
