gabrielcruzperez Last week I was studying at starbucks and spilled my coffee. Don't worry, the table was fine, all the 16oz of coffee managed to spill onto my open laptop and stay there so as to sufficiently saturate the entire computer without getting onto the table. So here I am, at the Genius Bar, appropriately named for the guy (myself) that managed to spill coffee on his laptop. After a weekend of leaving the laptop in rice it has pulled a #Lazarus and risen, but I am gonna get it tuned up, figure it deserves the work since it basically arose from the dead for me to complete my last two weeks or grad school. #RISE #RiseBar #WastedCoffee 1w

risebar Heading into CrossFit Regionals @chelseych11 was nice enough to answer a few questions for us.

1. What is your favorite Rise Bar?
I love the Crunchy Carob Chip Protein Bar!
2. When do you eat it?
I eat Rise Bars throughout the day. Sometimes I eat them right after #workouts. I always keep a few in my backpack or purse so I never have to go too long without eating. I’m definitely guilty of eating a Rise Bar in church on occasion.
3. What benefits do you experience from it?
Rise Bars save me from indefinite HANGRINESS!!! I love that there are less than 5 ingredients and each bar is balanced in macros. The protein bars are dense so I feel more satiated after eating than other bars. The carob flavor is sweet and indulgent, but not sugary or filled with caffeine.
