Video NYC "Michael Ray" FUTURE
michaelrayfreeman I missed my Grand Sophie (grandma) soo much! Video of me, my grandma and my lil cousin Lance.
I was born in Liberia so I come from a African Liberian family as you may notice a unique distinct accent when my grandma speaks. I could literally make sound bites of some of the funny things she says in our dialect and it would make her internet famous just because she's so funny cool. Love you Grand Sophie

hdg_fitness Does anyone else have to mark their preworkout with a big
death X? It looks so much like my BCAAs that when I'm in a hurry I will sometimes accidentally make the wrong concoction and possibly die! I only take the preworkout on days I'm feeling really sluggish...otherwise it's too much tingle for me to handle! 🏼

strictform One of the most effective ways to motivated for your goals is to understand that if it were easy, everyone would do it. That in itself makes your success so much more rewarding. Knowing that you took the hard path and are still standing. If it were easy it wouldn't feel so satisfying.
Whenever you are struggling, don't let it get you down. embrace it and use it to make you stronger.

Monday 30th May, 5:30pm-8pm
HOW IT WORKS:
Each competitor gets 3 attempts at each lift
Highest completed lift counts towards total
Power to weight ratio - highest total expressed as a percentage of competitors' bodyweight wins
All members are welcome to get involved!! We have prizes up for grabs including a free month membership, a goodie basket and lots more! Not competing? We'll be having a live DJ and there are lucky door prizes up for grabs - so even if you're not competing you can still be a winner!!

Lately, I've found myself really in my own head and getting to myself negatively again. What would've taken me weeks-months to realize what was going on...has shrunk to days (sometimes not even a full day). Typically (just a year ago), I would've woken up a whole 1-2-3 months into a deep hole of bad vibes.
At the end of 2015, I promised myself that I would work to improve my mental toughness and I find myself doing just that.
Like I stated before, I don't post stuff just for fitness. I continually set goals (fitness, career, financial, mental, etc) and re-assess throughout. I share it with all of you for 2 reasons: Hopefully help to inspire others, but ultimately to hold myself accountable.
