liberatinggrace I have no doubt that that 21 day fix extreme made me stronger but I put it to the test tonight. When I began I could do 20 seconds of regular push ups in a row...and I just did 38 seconds!!! To put this in perspective, before I began this journey a year ago, I literally could not do a push up! 🏻 Here is to FINALLY seeing actual improvement in my fitness, something I never used to experience!!
