xokate23ox Today was one of those days.. Today I had a mental breakdown, cried twice before 12pm and wanted to crawl into bed and hide for the day. I just couldn't do it. And instead of that happening @melissabuller13 @jaxxfit11 talked me off a cliff, @shaunaw333 offered to spend the night with me or the day or whatever I needed and @bladenutritionca spent a wonderful day with me reminding me of my goals, hardwork, and all the crazy changes I have made to improve my self as a person and my physique this year. kimi_thechicphysique And... This is how I travel. Usually I am entertaining customers, but when I'm not... I am always prepared! Pumpernickel wraps, tuna packets, apples, rolled oats with cinnamon and stevia measured in baggies, quest bars, chicken or turkey jerky, trailmix and my scale (just incase). The day I travel I pack a cooler with lunch and snacks to put in the fridge at the hotel. I always request a fridge! Fail to plan, plan to fail... Never say you can't travel and be successful! Sure you can... You just have to make your travels work for you :) 3h
