lil_riki_kk I chose this frame to show my relief. Earlier this week I began to shut down, mentally, emotionally, and for damn sure physically. Yesterday I said to myself, "it's time for a fuggin refeed Rick." So I lowered my fat intake and was planning on just doubling my carbs. I needed more though, rice cakes, fluff, nonfat greek yogurt, giant spinach salad with berries, brussel sprouts and asparagus...approximately 300g. I slept well, weighed myself today...still a perfect 53kg!
Now let me talk about refeeds folks. IT'S NOT A CHEAT DAY OR BINGE! A refeed day is structured and controlled. There's a lot of reasons why we refeed, not just because we're carb junkies. Not at all. First, the obvious, its a mental break from dieting. It restores glycogen stores, boosts energy, increases serotonin, whch is the happy hormone, decreases catabolism, and it lowers cortisol, known as the stress hormone.
Relieved that my refeed was a success, that I feel strong and recharged, that @ncapurso22 has been very helpful making minor corrections in my lifts. I'm ready for Sunday. #lilgirlforce

healthybeginningsxo Re-feed day😈 went to PF Chang's with my friends and basically ordered the whole menu😐 then I got a pick n mix, but didn't eat it all as it wasn't tasty. UK's pick n' mix is the best. Then we went to Tim Horton's and I got a pb cookie. Now, it's 11pm and I'm absolutely starving!!! After all that food I'm still hungry. Idk if it's my metabolism speeding up, but I couldn't sleep because of my hunger. So I went down to the kitchen and reheated my moms homemade pizza, and chunky chips update on reverse dieting : it's honestly so far one of the best things I've ever decided to do in my fitness career. I can already see more definition in my muscles, although I am feeling very fluffy from the increase. I know this will pass and I can hopefully restore my metabolism and lose more weight and tone up with a BALANCED diet!!! Not just having 12 set meals that I won't change😕 anyway, back to clean tomorrow, loved this re-feed day, and it amazes me how much more I can eat when my body is used to more food goodnight lovelies! 51min

littlebigmanfitness Came home from my workout today to see @royalsportltd shipment on my door. Unfortunately since it was after my workout pre workout was outta the question, BUT I was able to use the Charge (BCAA-SAA), but tomorrow I'll be using Siege to prepare myself for what should be an epic Leg Day😈 really though, Royal Sport is a prime supplement and if you're not with it, you need to step your supplement game up! revivestronger Refeed day calls for Pizza . This is the one food I crave. So I make sure I create ways of getting it into my diet.
Here was 3 x weight watchers wraps, half fat cheddar, ham & veggies.
