themitt20 ***That was actually 10 weighted push-ups at 45# unbroken! A little delirious still.*** Got busy this morning with a little bit of everything. Goes to show that even though you program body weight movements into your training day, you can still find ways to spice it up with some @roguefitness bumpers! 1.75 miles today. 8 miles total for the year. Used my metronome at 190bpm to record cadence/pace or foot turnover. Maintaining posture, forward lean (at ankles) and the pull (w/hammies). themitt20 More engine maintenance! Didn't really sleep well and I turned in at about 10pm last night. Woke up at 4am to get this done:

10 RFT:

Odd number round:
200m run (yes, run!)
5 deadlifts at 185#

Even number round:
200m run
5 back squats at 185# from rack

Time: 14:38
The good: didn't stop on any of the run portion, and went unbroken for all lifts. Hit two of the #big3 lifts.
The bad: all that no stopping and it was a slow-ass completed time. 6 hours of sleep is also bad! Added 1.25 more miles to my total half-year mileage (6.25 now) actually that's probably a good thing!

  •   10lbplate Metcons are super nice, squats and deads feel good in them. But my next pair I'm gonna go a half size smaller because my heel isn't sitting firmly in the cup and tends to rub a little when I jog. 1w

themitt20 6x400m/2:00 (rest) repeats this am. Tracking just 100m shy of running 2 miles TOTAL since December 2014 (last RAPFT date). Not in the business of killing myself doing long runs when I haven't even mastered the 2 miles YET!
