themitt20 Worked up a good sweat and warm up with 30 30# med ball over shoulder, @crossoversymmetry and light squats. Just wanted to activate squatting muscles and movement. Finished up with 5 at 245# and 3x2 at 315# with @kilosnotpounds knee wraps. Had to fight for that last double on the last set.

Triple back squat at 295# ️ (still got that)
2 sets of Doubles at 315# (first set fail)
Then hit 3x5 @205# front squat just because haven't hit that either.

themitt20 Don't worry #instafriends and #realfriends, I got your back. I did your recovery run this morning for everyone who did the GRC 48.6 mile Perimeter Relay Race. Congrats to everyone who ran that for me! Lol! Just a short 5k and then I did what most wouldn't, shouldn't or couldn't. 20 rep max back squat at 185#. And that one sucked! It took less than a minute to complete that but it was probably worse than the run.

themitt20 Yesterday was #day17 - daily max of "in the hole" squats. I wouldn't count this 245#. Lots of grinding on both reps. I'll settle for the 225# max earlier. This really forces me to stay tight all the way through. Worked some cleans yesterday also. Got up to 185#. My shoulder could take the pounding but didn't want to go up higher. In due time.
This morning did 3 x 1 mile repeats.

themitt20 13 days straight of mostly back squats, but I recently started adding in front squats since the #roadtorecovery on my shoulder is going well. Hitting consistent daily maxes in both averaging 305# on BS and just went up to 275# on the FS today. Failed 295#, which you see in the clip, then worked 80% (220#) of 2x5's after. I'll get 300 on the FS back soon enough.
