malicious_makeup Ready for the day! Not very long ago I wouldn't leave the house without eye liner... Boy have I made some dramatic changes. Now I rarely even wear makeup and when I do I never do my eyes anymore. I miss my eye liner sometime but I don't miss taking the time to do it.   •   missvtinternational With chocolate or cafe late I usually use about 8 to 12 oz of almond milk, one banana and sometimes one spoonful of peanut butter! I've heard adding cinnamon is good too! I also add ice to make it thicker and more like a milkshake most times. I drink mine in like 10 mins it's so good! @tayyy_mo do you have a coach yet? 4h
  •   tayyy_mo I do not. I've been trying to pack meals for work and since I work until 730-8 some nights I've been trying to find a mix I like for "dinner" on the drive home. I've also been doing at home workouts on my own 4h
  •   missvtinternational @tayyy_mo Dang girl that's a crazy amount of work on top of the other activities you do with cheer, but I hear you! My hours as a reporter are super different everyday so this plan works best for me.
