  •   winon.a @pangchia.yang nice! I heard that running at an incline gives you bulkier calves though so I never try to add much incline anyway. This was at about a 7 speed. I run 3.5 miles everyday at about 35-40min. My vo2 capacity is really low so I can't push too hard! 17h
