1. Before you said anything I was thinking of what donut flavour I should choose for dessert. And you interrupted my train of thought.
2. You may or may not be fat. Personally don't care but you do need the gym." Also my arse can squat 100kg yours is flat. Well done.
There are always going to be people wanting to put you down. The trick is to embrace it and understand that they are just not worth the energy to get upset over. Realise that the people who are in your life are the ones worthy of your praise and awesomeness.
The pricks are, however, totally worth letting your inner b*tch abuse them in your head and let off some steam. Just make sure it stays in your head. ... Or on social media

It's genuinely irritating.
We live in a world where fitness and health has been so over-complicated. "Detox" this "paleo" that "keto", "5:2", "eat lemons and chilly all day and lose 50kg in 1 day"
Fuck off world of Teatox bunnies. It's simple: 1. If you're eating too much you will gain weight. If you eat less than you use as energy you will lose weight.

2. Your body needs micronutrients just as much as macronutrients. Eating a variety of foods will ensure it gets what it needs. 3. Women & Men have a different endocrine system. Ladies if you want to get to the size of a tank you'll need to take some juice and train for years, good luck! 4. EVERYONE is different it's up to YOU to figure out what your body needs. If you need help ask.

Today's session was AWESOME!!!!!! 5x5 bench
4x 10 wide grip pull ups you need to get resistance bands I felt like a super ninja warrior queen🏼 doing these
3 X superset 10 bent over flies & 10 alternate db press
Followed by lots of battle ropes , ball slams, burpees and sprints

zefitbody The number one most important thing to focus on is what makes you happy.
But that means there will be times you will just need to do things you really fucking don't enjoy in order to achieve that happiness.

For example.
When I eat a donut I am at my ultimate happiness level (well obviously outside of bed but not the point). In order to really really truly enjoy that donut I need to know that I will still achieve the physique that I desire whilst eating it. And to achieve that physique I need to train and train HARD. MOST of the time these sessions are absolutely super duper brilliant and make my feel like an invincible queen🏼🏼 but SOMETIMES they are just plain old shit.
If you ever have these shit days, just think of your happiness, think of why you're doing what you're doing and if the answer is not "to be the an awesome positive sexy human being" then stop what you're doing and go eat a donut #healthy #befit #positive #ptreading #body #squat #squatting #strong #summer #bodybuilding #goodlooking #mobility #motivation #selfienation #fittips #fitfam #bbg #zefitbody #iifym #crossfit #getstrongerthanadude

3x 5 10s eccentric pull ups

900m pyramid row (300, 30s rest, 600, 60s, 900, 90s, 600, 60s, 300, 30s)

Ok ladies what is happening?! Today EVERY woman in the gym was either on cardio equipment or using <2kg DB. You want to get toned? You want to get healthy, strong, lean, and sexy?! Then Please stop burning away your muscle and spending hours wasting time slowly melting your bum and shape away. Benefits of weight lifting:
1. It's fucking fun.
2. You feel invincible
3. You keep a nice round butt all the while getting lean.
4. You still get to eat donuts.
5. You don't turn Butch.
Don't get me wrong cardio is great, it's a tool to help you slim down a little. But it's also easy to get carried away in the "calorie burning" and neglect the fact that you may actually be f*ing your metabolism instead. Something to think about.

zefitbody This movement is as essential to life as peanut butter.
But PLEASE do it properly. So many many people squatting now days are painful to watch! If you squat right your Bum should HURT. Not your knees. So next time you squat (which you will if you are an awesome human being) then pay attention to some simple steps:
1. Take a deep breath and tense your abs.
2. Ensure you really truly squeeze your arse tight .
3. Do NOT start by bending you knees but rather push you hips back
4. Ensure you are making a conscious effort to push your knees to the side (not forward!)
5. Your weight Should NOT be on your toes.
Most importantly ITS OK to squat a little lighter. You will get better. Technique is everything!

Oh and anything over parallel is not a rep.
