  •   thecowgirlyogi @faithcoffeelift I think it is a good thing to do on a few days where you don't change your "normal" diet and then compare it to the counts you get when you are tightening in a bit. It shouldn't be that big of a difference. I think of it like painting a wall. The middle big part of the wall you are paint with big rolls or strokes. Well the edges that make the wall look really nice you're doing the same thing just being a little more intentional and precise ️ remember to keep being healthy fun and to celebrate the little things that you did so well. 3h

What works best for me? Is the question you want to ask.
There's people who swear by every way of eating, ketogenic diet, IIFYM weight watchers, paleo, high carb, slimming world, etc etc so it's clear different ways work. It's working out what one works for you and fitting it into your lifestyle that's matters.

The undisputed framework for staying healthy is the same in every case, exercise daily and eat healthy wholesome foods. So I say your first plan of action is to do that.

Make all your meals fresh everyday, aim to complete 4-5 workouts a week and if after a couple of month of that you aren't seeing progress, only then worry about the other aspects of nutrition.

Keep things simple, if cavemen could be healthy, so can you.
