martashappyfood It's a red lentil and chicken curry kind of night This spicy immune boosting curry is perfect now when it's sneezing season 2 onions, 3 garlic cloves, 4 organic chicken breasts, 400g red lentils, 0,8l (maybe a little bit more) organic vegetable broth, 2 hands of spinach and a little bit (approx 2 Tbs) of madras curry paste or other red curry paste of your preference (what is important is that it doesn't contain any weird additives). Serve with some probiotic yoghurt (or goat/sheep milk yoghurt if you're sensitive to lactose) and pumpkin seeds. 13h
