thathealthyfitgirl so much for posting all of my meals. ate lunch during my classes and snack while in the car on the way to a casting call so didn't get to post those. but! here is my dinner. broccoli, egg whites, & cut up turkey hot dogs and one of the most delicious bars EVER can't get enough of these @ansinutrition 2y

thathealthyfitgirl starting my day off pretty much the same as yesterday. this protein shake is the best.. it literally comes out with the consistency of soft serve ice cream and tastes even better! to make it I use a scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of chocolate almond breeze milk, & 4 ice cubs yum! also had a banana & the best invention ever.. @avitaeusa caffeinated water! gives you water (obviously) and the caffeine without harmful chemicals that diet pop has 2y

caleb.hoen Second time doing barbell presses after switching from Dumbbells. Worked up to a single at 185. Couldn't get my head and chest forward quick enough for some reason so I stalled for a second. Would have liked it to be cleaner.
Did a drop set of about 10 w/ 135 immediately after but somehow didn't record it.
Today was suppose to be dynamic lower but knee was bothering me so I through in some biceps after shoulders.

I've Noticed the best gains in size and strength in arms by the following
....going a tiny over the top in weight and easing up on form for dumbbell and barbell curls a little at the beginning of my workouts. Still concentrating on the pull and squeeze through the concentric portion even tho it's quick. I keep the reps low 2-6
.....I do maybe 3-4 sets of medium weight for 6-12 reps of whatever exercise I feel like that day.
.....lastly, I do a lot of burnout sets. Concentric portion is slower, I squeeze at the top, and not a fast or dropped eccentric portion.
Most people just shoot for hypertrophy and high reps, it's not fun for me. I like to go heavy, do a little 'hypertrophy' and burnout sets with low weight. In the end the volume is all about the same.
Biceps are the calves of the arm, have to be trained aggressive every set.
