mamifit_ #tuna #burguers #fitfood from @tastyhealth with @repostapp --- It's such a beautiful day today and the island I live on (I live on a small island just outside of Stockholm) is packed with people who are running one of the biggest races in Sweden: #lidingöloppet, a 30k race around the island. And what do I do? I'm sick and lying on the couch watching movies. No running for me....well, even if I wasn't sick, I wouldn't have participated. I never run more than 5k anyways . Still have to eat though so for lunch I made "tuna patties with roasted brussel sprouts and cauliflower and a honey dijon dressing".
️Tuna patties: 1 can of tuna in water (drained), 1 egg, 1 tsp coconut flour, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 2 tsp chopped chives, garlic powder, salt and pepper). ️Mix everything and shape into patties. Spray a pan with non stick spray and cook patties for 2-3 min each side.️honey mustard dressing: 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp honey, 2 tsp dijon mustard, salt and pepper.

Hoy yo lo hice pero de banana queda muy esponjoso y súper bueno. Gracias a @vanesponge por ayudarme a hacerla ayer! Aquí tienen la receta: Panqué de banana. 6 huevos enteros.
1 taza harina de avena.
1 taza harina de quinoa.
3 bananas grandes.
1 cucharada de vainilla.
2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear.
1/3 taza de linaza molida.
15 sobres de endulzante.
3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo mezcladas con 6 sobres de endulzante adicionales. ️ Mezcla todos los ingredientes secos sin el cacao (harinas, polvo de hornear, endulzante y linaza molida). ️ Batir los huevos fuertemente para agregar aire a la mezcla hasta conseguir una textura espumosa y crezca bastante. ️ Agregar los ingredientes secos a los huevos batidos poco a poco mezclando en forma envolvente. ️ Licuar/procesar las bananas y agregarlas inmediatamente a la mezcla anterior mezclando en forma envolvente. ️Por último, apartar un poco de la mezcla anterior y agregar el cacao con el endulzante mezclando suavemente. ️ Colocar en un molde hondo rectangular la mezcla de vainilla y luego en el medio vaciar la de chocolate de forma equitativa por todo el panqué. ️ Llevar al horno (precalentado) a 180 grados centígrados por 45 minutos aproximadamente.
