CG push downs 4 x 15.
O'Hearn press 4 x 10 reps
overhead extensions 4 x 20
RG beach press 6 x 6 reps ( get to your working weights on all exercise before counting sets. For example I didn't count anything before 405lbs .. I started counting sets when I did my first set of 405lbs )

O'Hearn Press ~ lay down with dumbbells extended over you. Bring the dumbbells down to your chest with your elbows out. Then push up utilizing your triceps.

Keep in mind the reps are a guideline. But if your workout partner does the reps and more weight then you then be a Barbarian amd do more then

Day one: -bench 5x5
-Squats 5x5
-Deadlift 5x5
-Shoulder press 5x5
Day two:
-upper chest supper set with wide grip pull downs 5x12 -Rear delt supper set with side 5x12
-Cable rows supper setted with cable chest flys 5x12

zaheem92 Weigh about 155 lbs now, probably anywhere between 5-7% bodyfat. Starting a clean bulk for the next couple of months. Unlike a typical "dirty bulk" where people tend to eat whatever they see in sight, a clean bulk focuses more on consuming an excess of the right calories/macros.
