The side of toasted bananas really takes these bad boys up to the next level. FOR THE PANCAKES: 200g Ground Almonds, 2 eggs (lightly beaten), 180ml almond milk, 2 tbsp coconut oil (for cooking) FOR THE BANANAS: 1 banana (roughly chopped), dipped and coated in cinnamon and flash fried for 2 minutes in 1 tbsp coconut oil TO TOP: 6 crushed pecans, 1 tsp Agave Maple Syrup 6h

I never crave pizza, burgers and fries, chocolate, candy, ice cream etc. I just don't! I was obsessed with ALL kinds of crazy food I never ever craved before ever in my life till prep.
