bottlesandbarbells #transformationtuesday climbing on this bus again today. I'm like that slow one that almost missed the bus "hey, wait!" This is almost a year & a half of progress. After battling an eating disorder I was a cardio queen & "skinny fat." This is about the time that I started crossFit & lifting more. After this last weekend of eating lots of "bad" (but oh so good) food, my abs are hiding more than usual, but it still makes me happy to see how far I've come. The last 6 months I haven't eaten as "clean" as I did the first year. I just wasn't feeling like I had the energy to do my workouts & keep up with my busy life, so I became more lenient with my diet and though I'm not as "ripped" as I was about a year ago, I've made some serious gains & I feel WAY better. Do what works for you 15h
