healthy_mschelle Post-workout meal is soooo colorful and sooo good!! 2 cups of organic kale/spinach salad mix, 1 cup of "healthy 8 chopped veggie mix" from #traderjoes (broccoli, carrots, jicama, radishes, green cabbage, red cabbage, green bell pepper, celery), 10 pistachios to give it a salty taste, heated and mixed with 2 tsp organic coconut oil. For those following the #21dayfix that's 3 greens , 1 blue , 1 gray you guys, I'm not a world-class chef, I didn't sautée with different herbs and concoctions of vinegars or oils. I fereal tossed it in a Tupperware (cuz I haven't unpacked my plates yet lol), zapped it in the microwave for a minute, then stirred that shit till it looked ready. And it's LEGIT!! #betterthanrachaelray haha #wheresmycookingshow I'm definitely doing this again!! 3h

100gone I made some major changes to my workout routine as of yesterday. arleneramos Today I was in a funk I been trying to figure out how to reach a personal fitness go but when I joined my mom doing her T25 workout I realized I have come a long ways from when I first did T25 last year. Even though I had already lost weight when I started T25 last year I was way out of shape I would lose my breath constantly through out the workout now even though I still get a great workout I no longer get out of breath.. #nuffsaid I don't think I weigh that little, I definitely don't see it, but. .. the scale doesn't lie I tested it like 4 times on different scales and it was the same.stil says I'm overweight too. LOL. voided out the starting thats since November 2013 when I started classes and groups and millions of dr. appt n than after surgery in June. if u do the math it's all there.I think I can afford to gain a few now though. :( #embarrassing #embarrassed #void #stilloverweight #portioncontrol
