skinnystrong2014 LUNCH!
{Grilled shrimp *previously marinated with garlic, oregano and a little bit of ketchup* and salad *lettuce, onion and tomato with a mustard/balsamic vinegar dressing*}
I am not sure how much I ate but I ate a lot of shrimp, I'd say around 250gr or so. Is that terrible and should I be working harder on portion control?

Pan fried Moroccan spiced porter house steaks topped with garlic chips, with an apple and mint slaw.
Really loving the apple slaw lately, so easy and yum and a way of making me eat fruit (I never want it by itself because it's cold and sweet, I only crave savoury hot food). Just dry rub spices into steaks, some salt and pepper, don't forget to rub spices/salt into the fatty edge too, hot pan, oil, do the edge of fat first so it cooks and crisps before laying steaks down normally, a few mins per side, rest wrapped in some foil so no gushing blood when you eat, just nice juices.
Slaw: red and green apple, celery, purple cabbage, torn mint, salt, pepper, good dollop of garlic aioli, tiny splash of apple cider vinegar - optional.

You could also just use mayo if you don't want garlic, and omit the apple cider vinegar (I prefer it without), and instead of salt, could use celery salt for an extra boost of flavour, but it's very strong so a little goes a long way. And same with the aioli, don't need too much otherwise it gets a bit nauseating. @maistar8 2h

huercofeo Yes, it's leg day but my faves of the day were ab moves on the ground. Try these today at work if you don't mind sitting on the ground (gross, I know). 2 variation on each, normal, then higher intensity by moving hand(s) forward. You can vary it with less movement for a 3rd option.: Top move : toes pointed out, opposite hand comes to meet knee/shin/toe. Keep hands back for support or move em up to feel it more (thanks @t25 for that one). Bottom move: leg up then to the side. Same variations, keep hands back for support or move em forward to fell the torso shake.
1 minute on each side for each move, 10 second rest in between. That's not even 5 minutes of your day. Try it.

jo_mlndz So this just happened RIGHT after my week 11 Arms workout for the BBG tonight. Nooooooo! my heart rate monitor died. Need to get a new battery has anyone changed their battery recently and can let me know of a place to buy one? Must check eBay ️ so upset! This little baby is my life, I need it back up and running again asap 4h
