elseverte I had leftover coconut milk from dinner so I made this coconut porridge! Made w/ half-half coconut and almond milk. Toped w/ banana and toasted almonds. Sweetened using a little maple syrup. Give it a try it's ridiculously good on a cold morning. 1h

덴마크다이어트 후 보식 2일차 아침

현미죽, 단호박, 달걀조림반개,김2장,오이스틱1개

저것만 먹으려니 배고파서 오이하나 더 먹었다. 어제 프로틴바먹고 2시에 잤더니 졸리다. 어제도 4시간 밖에 못자고 일어났는데ㅜ오늘은 초코에대한 유혹을 어찌이길지 고민이다.

scillykat Mmmm my favourite breakfast for winter. rolled oats
sultanas
coconut milk
banana
cinnamon agave nectar
Cook oats with water, add sultanas and coconut milk and serve with banana, sprinkle if cinnamon and a drizzle of syrup of your choice.

the_happy_healthnut Dinner time in Sao Paulo a warm bowl of coconut peach oatmeal, just because i can also in the picture: 10 Dollar peanutbutter (best i could find so far) and parts of my new home love this place so much!
