omah_ijo Edisi bubur abang putih aka bubur merah putih. Postingan lama, saya rangkum dan kali ini dengan resep ( tanpa takaran ) ️ Supaya #CamilanOmahIjo rapi dan teman-teman mudah mencarinya. Tampak di foto bagian atas, buburnya lebih gelap karena gula merah saya gunakan lebih banyak dan saya pakai beras ketan. Untuk foto bagian bawah, penggunaan gula merah lebih sedikit karena stok habis dan tanpa beras ketan. Terlihat bedanya kan, tesktur dengan campuran beras ketan lebih liat.

BUBUR MERAH PUTIH

Bahan :
Beras putih
Beras ketan
Daun pandan
Gula merah ( gula jawa )
Gula pasir
Garam
Air
Santan ( saya pakai santan instan )

Perbandingan beras putih dan beras ketan = 2 : 1 atau 3 : 1.
Cara membuat :
Untuk bubur merah :
Cuci beras putih, sisihkan.
Cuci beras ketan, lalu rendam kurang lebih 30 menit, bilas dan tiriskan, sisihkan.
Didihkn air dan daun pandan, masukkan beras putih dan beras ketan, aduk rata dan masak hingga lembek.
Masukkan garam, gula pasir, gula merah cair dan santan instan, aduk rata hingga menjadi bubur yang kental. Koreksi rasa, matikan api.
Bubur akan lebih mengental apabila sudah dingin.
Untuk bubur putih :
Lakukan hal yang sama seperti di atas tapi skip gula pasir dan gula merah cair. Hasil akhir bubur putih cenderung gurih sedikit asin.
Penyajian :
Siapkan mangkuk atau piring, tuang adonan bubur merah lalu tuang sedikit adonan bubur putih di atasnya. Bisa disajikan hangat ataupun dingin, sesuai selera.
