sashkach Happy September to all! Getting closer to that amazing fall weather and all the yumminess that comes with it. Pumpkin flavor is already coming back around Been slacking with the workouts for the past two weeks or so. Felt completely out of shape trying to finish today's workouts. healthysofiee DAY 1 wahoo! Decided, as this is an advanced calendar and I'm not all that fit, I'll be chuffed with myself if I do 2-3 videos a day the new video was 4 minutes of candlestick dippers which I LOVE, so easy and effective! survived the 5 minute ab video with a beginner move subbed in and the fat destroyer was SO intense but I did it at my own pace, much slower than Cassey but I still did it!
