haleya_fit_happens If you have been following this IG for a few years then you know that I like to post a workout up on a Holiday. I always like to start my holiday Festivities off with a good sweat sesh.
ROUND 1:
1 mile run
20 reps for each exercise in the circuit
ONE time only.

ROUND 2:
.5 mile run
15 reps for each exercise in the circuit
THEN, repeat. 2 TOTAL rounds.

ROUND 3:
.25 mile run
10 reps for each exercise in the circuit
THEN, repeat. 4 TOTAL rounds.

When finished you'll have 3 miles completed and a good day on the 🏼weight floor. Push yourself on the runs. If you choose to walk the running part, just go 1/2 the distance and add some incline to it. HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY! #gogetsweaty #fithappens

I am a HUGE fan of the 25 lb rubber plate, it's like my BFF on upper body day lately.
Try this circuit shown here.
10-12 reps of each for 5 rounds. Little to no rest in between sets. I also included jumping lunges at the end BC #Plyos 🏻

thatsgenesis Today's #legday was BRUTAL! I still had a bit left in the tank for this awesome #glutes finisher that I saw @marissabishhhh do!.

I used my @mbslingshot slingshot just below my knees to keep tension on the sides of that #booty and up the intensity. I did a length of the room in each direction, 30second rest, all for 20 minutes. My cake was BURNT! Haha See what I did there? 🙄.

Give it a try next time you want to add some #plyos action to your next training session! It burns so good!

cdub_fit Part two as promised

Add these remaining 3 moves to the circuit I posted yesterday, and do all 6 in your circuit for 3 or 4 rounds for an epic booty day! 🤓 (I'm so sore today omg). 4️⃣ stand up box/bench jump starting at knees, step up to low squat position one foot at a time, remaining low JUMP
5️⃣ side step ups for zee bootay on smith machine
6️⃣ different variation of the kettlebell squats with a band around the legs for more isolation!

Remember with all of these moves to really SQUEEZE at the top and hold! Activation is key Happy memorial weekend!

-Narrow stance squat to front raise
-Reverse lunge with bicep curl
-Slider push up's pull hands in at top
-Bosu single leg squat to lateral raise
-Side step squats w/ overhead tricep extension

Not much room needed. Minimal equipment required. Under 30 minutes. Get. It. Done.

mandynicolefit When you are out of town and don't have access to a gym, find a park bench. You can get a great total body workout including legs, chest, arms, abs.
