ellesse_jordan Throw back Thursday to my Xmas/New years vacation in the sun! Here's one of the workouts I did at the hotel! I like to call it my "lean legs HIIT harder" workout .
.
5 exercises. 30 PUSH IT seconds each. Repeat rounds 6 times. No breaks between exercises but 1 minute rest in between rounds. .

Squat jumps
Squat and side leg lifts
Tuck jumps
Lunge to front kick (left side only on 1st round, then right side on 2nd etc)
180 jumps
