kittenswole Destroyed legs today with @manwillmuscle. Focused on big heavy sets. My foot feels loads better, but it's still not 100% and lots of plyo work gives it fits (like jumping). but after 90 minutes of kettle bell, body weight and very little free weights, I'll take it!! 950 ain't bad. Workouts have been spot on the past week + I'm hoping to keep the momentum going. Just can't slip on the diet. Someday I'll have a boo-tay like @michelle_lewin_ ....or @mmswoleninja. Plyo week is not lining up with my workout schedule. C'mon, Shauna! Work with me here. Anyway, these two challenges were tough. What you can't see or hear are the tears I'm most likely crying and the heavy ass breaths I'm taking. There wasn't much popping happenin' with my push-ups, or the plié sumo squat jumps (with the hidden burpee), by guest poster @natalieuhling. Def give these two moves a try. I will definitely add hot yoga once I'm cleared to start working out again, my problem right now is a serious strain that hurts to really put ANY tension on, so I've only just started adding back in super slow cardio, and I still have yet to make it more than 10 minutes. 9h
