servehealthy for today's workout I put all of my focus on strength training It was 1hr of strength training with about a minute of a cardio warm up and for my post-workout breakfast I had me some oatmeal plain instant oatmeal mixed in with some cinnamon and organic light brown sugar and topped with 10 (I ate 1 before I put it on top ) almonds, more organic brown sugar, and more cinnamon now it's time to relax happy Friday! 6d
