deadliftdarling The revealed secrets to a delicious protein mug cake! Use casein protein instead of whey because whey protein cakes turn out really dry. Also use pasteurized egg whites, that way you can microwave partially through, mix it up, microwave a little more, but stop before it is "done" so it's all gooey! It's safe to eat still because the eggs are pasteurized!
Other ingredients needed: dash of salt and baking powder.
The cake I made here I added peanut flour to my mix and then added half a serving of crunchy peanut butter after microwaving.
Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring.

strong_happy_renee Oh my god, guyyys!! I guess I've just literally had the BEST couscous variation ever!! (or at least one of the best haha:D ) And it's so simple! Just add about 1 1/4 cups of boiling water to 1/2 cup of instant couscous, 1/8 cup of peanut flour and 1 Tbsp vegetable broth. (feel free to double the amount ) Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and add some veggies if desired. It's A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
_____________________________________ Guten Abend, liebe Leute Mein Abendessen nach einem sehr langen, sehr anstrengenden aber auch sehr befriedigendem Tag war buchstäblich die BESTE Couscous-Variation seit langem. Dafür habe ich 1/2 Tasse Couscous zusammen mit 2 gehäuften EL Erdnussmehl (ich habe meins aus dem Internet, normale erdnussbutter bzw.Erdnussmus dürfte es aber auch tun) und 1 EL Gemüsebrühe mit 1 1/4 Tasse heißen Wasser aufgegossen. Ein bisschen Gemüse dazu - fertig!

Ich merke in letzter Zeit dass ich, seit ich keine Kalorien mehr zähle und auf Appetit und Hungergefühl zu hören versuche, viel mehr esse als früher. Bestimmt mindestens 1 1/2 mal soviel. Zumindest kommt es mir so vor. Trotzdem hat sich mein Gewicht in dieser Zeit (es dürften jetzt um die drei Wochen sein) nicht verändert. Zudem zeigt mir mein Fitnesstracker an, dass ich am Tag oft bis zu 2600 kcal verbrauche. Und das, obwohl ich recht klein und leicht bin und mein Grundumsatz daher eher niedrig ist. Und um diesen Leistungsumsatz zu komprimieren, brauche ich nun mal genügend Nährstoffe. Ist ja eigentlich ganz logisch. Was lernen wir also daraus? Der Körper weiß am besten, was und wie viel er braucht. Und so lange er das bekommt, bleibt er gesund. Und die Seele gleich dazu. In dem Sinne - Entspannt euch, Leute!! Und lasst die Verbote Weg. Balance is the key!!
