camilla_dunk 🏻| RUNNING FOR TEAM HAYS | 🏻 All right, so yesterday didn't go as planned 😑 first 12km went sweet with a pace in 4:40, but then I literally ran into a sugar low black zone. Legs felt heavier than ever, no energy and just bad thoughts about how awful my body felt. Completed the half marathon with a new PR. 10 minutes faster than ever, but way slower than I had calculated with in the beginning. Well.. it sucks when you know you can do better. At least it was a sunny day. People were happy and had great friends around me 🤗
Note to self: EAT MORE SUGAR BEFORE A RACE
