As you may know I'm currently in my offseason and bulking which is a necessary step in order to better my physique and progress which is the end goal: always improve!
But I've seen that there's a misconception about BULKING and offseason !
A lot of people see it as an opportunity to eat junk food or get off their meal plan! Yes you can indulge OCCASIONALLY and you should but the offseason is a crucial time to make the most progress and that's when you should be lifting heavier and taking advantage of higher level of energy! That's why you should PLAN it properly to take the most advantage out of it! 《》《》《》《》☆《》《》《》《》

To do a proper BULK, you should consume about 10% more calories than your daily expenditure and aim to gain 1/2 a loud up to 1.5lb if you're gaining more than that you're actually gaining way too much FAT. You need a calories surplus to maximize your muscles GAINS but if you're eating way too much calories and gaining more fat than muscles when the time will come to shred the fat for summer or the stage it will take you so much more effort which will stress your body and result in more MUSCLE LOSS in the process.... NOBODY WANTS THAT!!
