omb_physique Ciao amici ️ Ich melde mich wieder zurück. Tut mir leid Leute aber gerade zur Weihnachtszeit ist es in der Branche in der ich tätig bin sehr, sehr stressig. Wenn ich um 06.00 aufstehen muss, um 19.00 von der Arbeit raus bin und dann noch gute 20km ins gym fahren muss + danach noch kochen und alles für den nächsten Tag vorbereiten muss bleibt, leider nicht mehr viel Zeit für Instagram & Co. Ich hoffe ihr habt Verständnis dafür ️ sobalds nicht mehr so stressig ist, kommt wieder mehr Content! So und nun zu meiner neuesten Kreation:
️Reis
️BIO Puten-Geschnetzteltes ️Paprika aus dem Garten
️Tomaten aus dem Garten
️BIO Fisolen
️BIO Karotten
️BIO Bohnen
️BIO kaltgepreestes Olivenöl
️Sojasauce
️Gewürze ZUBEREITUNG:
Zuerst muss der Reis gekocht werden. Dann das Fleisch scharf anbraten und anschließend mit Sojasauce + Wasser ablöschen. Anschließend das Gemüse dazu. Danach den Reis dazu geben.
