The tucks, & splits make this a great lower ab development alternative, but it simultaneously works the core, shoulders, & triceps, which all act as stabilizers.

2cream3sweetner 6am, before the kids woke up I managed to get in a 10 minute jog on the treadmill, @brits_gettingfit plank and burpees challenge, ABripperX, & 150 weighted squats. I hate doing this early morning thing but I love freeing up my evening too. Oh.. and my space is being invaded by toys but there is room to workout in a deferent section not in the picture lol 2mon

I havent done my 2 week clean eating groups in a long time and now is the time. Lets get ready for our little red dress
Ive created shopping list, day by day meal plan that you will follow. We will start with 4 days of jump start with shakeology and then follow up with 10 days of clean eating. You will be accountable and motivated by me and other members in a private group on fb. You are free to stay after those 2 weeks if you like.

jemmawestonhealth24 Tonight's yummy dinner courtesy of my husband! Sausage & Bean Casserole with Root Vegetable Mash!

SAUSAGE & BEAN CASSEROLE - Cook eight sausages
- Add chopped Tomatoes, Kidney Beans, 2tbsp Paprika, 1tsp Chilli Flakes, Garlic, Onions, Salt & Pepper to a pan. Bring to boil, then simmer and stir occasionally for about 10 mins.
- Cut up sausages and add to the sauce. - Add two squares of chilli chocolate.
- Simmer and stir occasionally for a further 10 minutes.
