Normal Dont Quit Health & Fitness
kjae_dqfit Very proud of my client Kasey and her progress in just 2 weeks following her personalised nutritional guidelines. Kasey came to me eating very little foods, I informed her on the importance of proper nutrition and she is now eating close to 2000cals..proper nutrition protocols and coherence result in great progress that is sustainable for a lifestyle rather than a fad 🏿️ #healthfirst #lifestylenotfad 6h

kjae_dqfit Last night celebrating Jess winning the @snapfitnessparkwood 8 week challenge! So proud of how amazing this girls transformation not only physically, mentally as well! When I first put Jess through her initial fitness test she hadn't really even run 500m before, so for one of her goals she wanted to run the 10km at the GC airport marathon...not only did she successfully complete that she also roped me into running it as well (another challenge in itself)...I couldn't be more proud of you Jess and can't wait to continue this journey with you! 1d

Normal Dont Quit Health & Fitness
kjae_dqfit Maybe she was born with it, or maybe she worked her butt off to achieve what she has! -------------------------------------------------------
For some reason I always have people coming to me saying it's unfair because @nicholakellie always had a good body. Yes she has never been 'overweight' but when she started training with me she didn't have muscle and would have probably been considered 'skinny-fat'. Nikki is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever met, she has worked her butt off to achieve the results she has gotten. -------------------------------------------------------
It wasn't genetics or luck, it was pure hard work, determination, commitment and time. These results were not achieved overnight. Well done Nikki, you have done extremely well and can not wait to see what else the future has in store for you 🏽🏿️
