  •   splat07 The LJ fit challenge is a 12 week program designed by Lorna Jane and her trainers. It's $100 to join but you get the move guide, active living planner, a shirt and her latest cook book. It has a different workout for everyday and also clean eating plans for you to follow - im not doing so well on the flea eating part but the exercise programs are great. Only take about 20 - 40 mins to do so easy to squeeze at any time. Highly recommend it. I tried the ashy bines booty transformation and it was so unrealistic whereas this is fantastic! Officially it starts on Monday if you want to be on the same day as Lorna Jane herself but Caitlin and I started early so we finish on Easter Saturday as Caitlin goes overseas on Easter Monday. lisa_active This morning as I was scrolling through Instagram I came across the very talented and one of my favourite yogis @_lozfit posts of her fallen angle and she said in her caption that she dared us to try a new pose today, ok Lauren challenge accepted 😕Gulp......... This is my first ever try of chin stand and it was so scary I thought I was going to snap my neck as I kept having slight freak outs of flipping over. Because I was so petrified I didn't use the full capacity of my backbend that I think I could of used, I know I had it in me to bend that little bit further but my fear slightly took over on this one, i think that it would of felt more comfortable on the grass to because my chin is tingling now . I always wanted to do this pose and I'm so happy I did go out and give it a go and practiced through out the day, I will be practicing this pose a lot more now that I have done it I know what it feels like, I know what to expect, and I know I need to practice on controlling my balance, im so happy though I did it even if it was for 10sec 😀 my quote for this pose which I will write in my diary to " It's OK to be Scared, but DON'T LET that Fear overpower your mind and control you, DONT LET YOUR FEARS WIN... outfit is @lornajaneactive 2d

  •   lisa_active Awww thank you @jacceeee your so sweet, it was scary all I kept thinking was im going to flip or hurt myself really bad even though practiced throughout the day with blocks and and the wall, I found headstand hard to do too, the best way to practice I find is against the wall and gradually build up, if you are having trouble get your feet off the ground or you torso over your shoulders try putting them on a a chair, the hight of the chair will put your torso over your shoulders and try working towards lifting your feet from there. 2d
